You probably have seen this human-size bat on the internet
These are called flying foxes and yes it is real! This photo is from the Philippine which is posted on a couple of years ago on Reddit.
These flying foxes are fruit-eating bat(Only 3 species of bat drink blood).
In this picture, the bat seems larger but actually, it is not human size. They are barely 30 cm in height and wingspans of 1.7 meters (5.5 ft). The golden-crowned flying fox is one of the largest bat species in the world. Flying foxes don’t navigate by echolocation, relying on their sense of sight and smell instead. They can be differentiated from other bats due to their dog-like faces, clawed second digits, and reduced uropatagium. It belonging to the family of megabats that are found in parts of Africa, India, Asia, and Oceania.

They reach sexual maturity slowly and have a low reproductive output. Most species have one offspring at a time after a pregnancy of four to six months. Nearly all flying foxes have threatened species due to habitat loss and being hunted as a human food source.
