Beetroot make our body slow?

Everybody knows that eating green vegetables is very good for your health. But very few people know that Nitrates present in vegetables make you healthy. This is strange because it is claimed that when nitrates used in processed meat as a preservative it increases the chance of cancer. But on the other hand nitrates present in beetroot, spinach, and bottle gourd will make your health, boost muscle power and keep your brain young. So, is it true?

Beetroot

In an experiment (by trust me I’m a doctor team) 6 volunteer of different ages are tested for vegetable nitrates. When we drink or eat food which contain nitrates. Our body change nitrates into nitric oxide during digestion. It make our blood vessels broad. Scientist give volunteer 3 types of meal in 3 days and test them before and after the meals.

Meals were-

1.Beetroot juice

2. High Nitrate Meal

3. Low Nitrates Meal

Results:

  1. Blood Pressure
  2. Oxygen Intake:

Low and High Nitrate meals has positive results on the test.

3. Mental Sharpness:

Conclusion: We should eat a high nitrate meal which is green vegetables and Beetroot to increase our performance in Mental Sharpness, Physical Exercise, and controlling blood pressure.
