The glowing organism isn’t amazing to see and curious to know how they form. This phenomenon is called bioluminescence. Bio means living and luminescence means light. It just a long word for living things that make lights.
Many organisms make light. Mostly present in the ocean. They use light for finding food or communicating with each other.
Angler fish: they live in the darkest parts of the ocean. So it is hard to find food there. On top of the head, angular fish has it has esca which can glow and other fishes get attracted by the light and angular fish catch his meal.

Squid fish: emit a flashlight to scare away fishes.

Bristleworm: they emit light to attract females.

Glowing bays: this is due to bioluminescence dinoflagellates.

Bioluminescence is light produced by a chemical reaction within a living organism. Bioluminescence is a “cold light.” Cold light means less than 20% of the light generates thermal radiation or heat.
Chemistry
Bioluminescence requires 2 chemicals.
Luciferin (produce light) and Luciferase or photoprotein. Colour in the organism depends upon the molecular arrangement of luciferin molecules.
Man-made glowing animals: there are many plants and animal that are produced in a lab which can glow by altering their gene.
